Protecting and Promoting Reproductive Health

The World Health Organization defines optimized reproductive health as a state where people are able to have a responsible, satisfying, and safe sex life, as well as the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when, and how often to do so.  Framing reproductive health in this way places it within a human rights framework, specifically, the reproductive justice framework.

Challenge overview

The Center for Health Care Innovation is hosting a challenge to crowdsource big ideas for advancing the status of reproductive health, rights and justice in an effort to leverage the enthusiasm, compassion and expertise of the clinicians, researchers, policymakers, students, visionaries and change-makers present at the Moving Forward symposium

Everyone who submits an idea will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card.  Better yet, at the end of the challenge, we’ll have a library of creative and innovative ideas aimed at promoting and protecting reproductive health – and a passionate cohort of individuals ready to turn ideas into action.
